Rhetoric Disguise es el Alter-Ego de Fernando Suárez (miembro de Motociclistas Suicidas En El Círculo De La Muerte, Silence In First Degree y Belze-BOOH!) y "Foreplay with the masses" compila 29 canciones compuestas entre 2002 y 2004 y registradas en 2007 bajo la supervisión técnica y moral de Manuel Platino (también parte de MXSXEXEXCXDXLXM y Silence In First Degree).
Partiendo de la Música Industrial y tocando diversos géneros como el Grindcore, Jazz, Noise, Ambient, Pop, Drone, Hip-Hop, Surf, Doom, Hardcore, Psicodelia, Tecno, Mathcore y Punk Rock.
